About the show

A tornado carries Dorothy and her dog Toto from Kansas to the land of Oz. To get home she must follow the yellow brick road to the Emerald City, with a Scarecrow, a Tin Man and a Cowardly Lion for company and the Wicked Witch of the West on her trail. All the songs you know, including Over the Rainbow, in a version written specially for younger casts.

What to expect on the day

Auditions last between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
Round 1 is a movement call. The group is taught a short routine together so we can see musicality and movement ability. Those who are successful move on to the singing round.
Round 2 is the singing audition: a 1 minute section of any song of their choice, prepared at home before the day.
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, with trainers or soft shoes.
